Celiece Has a Problem

My wife has a problem. This past weekend while Parker and I went to father's and sons Celiece was planning on accomplishing many of the items on her "to do" list. When I came home I found this on my computer screen and was informed that she had spent well over 10 hrs. playing Spider Solitaire. If anyone has any suggestions on how to help my wife get over this addiction please let us know.

Good Bye Kelvinator

We got a new fridge this weekend and we are very excited. Its still small but its so much better than our Kelvinator. Here are some features that we are excited about...Our new fridge Has a light when you open it, two bins at the bottom for fruits and veggies and adjustable shelving.
Instead of just having a big heavy door, this fridge has shelving built in so that all of these items don't have to take up half of the fridge space.
Also above the fridge it has a freezer. A freezer? who would have thought? that's the best idea I've ever heard of.
And last but not least, this fridge has an easy open handle. These crazy inventors come up with the best ideas!

Here is our old Fridge. Its cute and retro, and has a fun name -the Kelvinator. And here are some features on this fridge that I don't think I will miss all that much.
Notice no light, or bins or places to adjust the shelving. Also that big block of ice has our little freezer cupboard in it. It started freezing over a few years ago and just kept getting worse. To the left of the ice box are some items that we will have to wait for the ice to melt to get.
This is the crow bar we had to use to open our fridge for almost a year because I broke off the handle. We were worried one day it would break and finally last year it did.

This is where our handle used to be. Sad Sad day for us. We are so happy to have a new fridge even if it is a office size fridge. We have so many possibilities now!!

Happy Birthday Nathan!!

Today is Nathan's 25 b-day. We just wanted to let him know that we love him very very much and that he is a great Father and Husband.
This is usually where Parker is while I am making dinner. I think he must know that when I start making dinner Daddy will be home soon and he loves it when Nathan comes home. This was taken in the morning, I promise we don't wear our pj's all day.

Happy Birthday Nathan We love you!!!

The Alphabet

Twice now I've gone to update my Friends and Family section and while adding a new name I have realized that I has misplaced a name alphabetically. Now thats embarrassing, maybe Parker and I should start practicing the ABC's

**no I didn't just have the ABC's as ABS's and have to change it quickly after I published it. Wow, its time for bed.

Spring Has Sprung!!

It's been a strange spring here. We get a few warm days and a few cold days but during the warm days we try to be outside as much as possible. When we play outside I try to take care of my garden but Parker usually runs toward the street and then I get to chase after him.
If you look really close you can see Parker's whole head is caked in dirt. He wanted to help Nathan and his cousin work in the back yard but usually ended up throwing dirt on his head. But it kept him entertained for hours so I just let him keep throwing dirt.
Nathan likes to rent big loud things to work with in the back yard. It makes it go by so much faster. And it makes Nathan think that working back there is fun so we just keep renting them!
After a long day on Saturday and a day full of family on Sunday Nathan had to wake up at 2 to do our water turn. When he was done he couldn't get back to sleep so on Sunday night he only slept for two hours. On Monday while I was trying to put Parker to sleep he wanted to lay next to Nathan on the couch. Instead of Parker falling asleep, Nathan fell asleep because he was so tired. I was really hoping that both of them would be asleep for this picture but Parker just wasn't falling for it.
